Making a chicken burger is a simple yet satisfying process that brings together fresh ingredients to create a mouth-watering meal. To begin, start with chicken breasts (boneless and skinless) and grind or finely chop them. In a bowl, combine the chicken with your choice of seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. For extra flavor and moisture, you can add a tablespoon of mayonnaise or a little olive oil to the mix. Shape the seasoned chicken into patties, making sure they are firm but not too thick, so they cook evenly.

Next, heat a pan or grill and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), ensuring they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside. While the patties are cooking, toast your burger buns lightly to add texture and warmth.

Once the chicken patties are ready, it's time to assemble the burger. Place the cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Top it with your favorite ingredients, such as lettuce, tomato slices, cheese (cheddar or mozzarella work well), and any additional toppings like pickles or onion rings. Spread a bit of ketchup or mayo on the top half of the bun, and then place it on top of the assembled burger.
